WWII Soldier
Inspired by the short animated film War Is Over! (2023) and the HBO Miniseries Band of Brothers (2001), I came up with this stylized WWII American Paratrooper.
Dressed in an M43 uniform and winter accessories such as a scarf and gloves, the character is set around the Battle of the Bulge (December 1944 - January 1945).

Yusuf Dikeç
Following the rise in popularity of Turkish sport shooter Yusuf Dikeç, known for his casual appearance and relaxed demeanor at the Paris 2024 Olympics, I challenged myself to do a stylized sculpture of him as a study for capturing likeness.

Since 2024, I've worked with Super Groove Technology, a California-based independent jazz fusion band, as their cover artist, creating single and album artwork in 3D.
Each cover began with a conversation with the band about the song or release, which was translated into a fully modeled and lit 3D piece, rendered to match their visual identity. Each piece was made in Autodesk Maya and ZBrush, textured in Substance 3D Painter, and rendered in Arnold unless otherwise specified.

Snail

This cover as well as the song were inspired by the internet meme and thought experiment of the Immortal Snail, presenting a hypothetical where in exchange for a million dollars and immortality, a super intelligent and equally immortal snail that always knows your precise location will constantly track you down and any physical contact with the snail will results in instant death.
The space theme remains consistent with most of Super Groove Technology’s prior releases.

We Did It! We Found It!

The vagueness of the song title became the inspiration for its visual interpretation. What, exactly, is "It"? That question led me to a ruined chamber holding a treasure chest on a pedestal where something has clearly been found, but what's inside remains unanswered.
The multicolored light ribbon, consistent with most of Super Groove Technology's prior releases, ties the piece back to the band's visual identity.
